Prior to that time he worked in both private and public accounting after graduating from the College of New Jersey with a BS in Accounting. Gregg Bernicker & Associates acquired the accounting practice of Gallagher  & Fleury, CPAs in Belford, NJ in 1994. In 2000, the firm acquired the accounting practice of Joseph M. Wasilewski, CPA in Lincroft, NJ. The firm expanded again in 2001 when it acquired the income tax practice of Personal Management and Planning, Inc., Matawan, NJ. She has been with Gregg Bernicker & Associates for ten years. Previous experience includes work in college financial services. Lorraine has over nineteen years of experience in both corporate and public accounting, the last nine years of which have been with Gregg Bernicker & Associates. Kelli Jenkins Office Manager kellijenkins@gbaccounting.net Kelli is a 2008 Graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies. Prior to joining us in October she worked at Rutgers University as an Undergraduate Administrative Assistant for the Sociology Department.  Jessica Perillo jessicaperillo@gbaccounting.net Jessica is a 2009 graduate of The University of Connecticut. She is happy to be using the skills she learned while earning her degree in Accounting. Sarah Yu, CPA sarah.yu1@gbaccounting.net Sarah graduated as an accounting major from Baruch College, CUNY. She earned her CPA designation shortly after graduation and has extensive public and private accounting experience. Karen Negin, CPA Neil Gallagher, CPA admin@gbaccounting.net  Neil first worked with Gregg as a student. He went on to graduate from Manhattan College in 1996 with a degree in accounting. He earned his CPA designation shortly thereafter. Neil has been working in the securities industry and has experience in the field of auditing. Michael Friedman, CPA admin@gbaccounting.net  Carol Schwartz admin@gbaccounting.net  A graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Business Administration, Carol has many years of experience as a business administrator. Julie Bernicker Julie is a recent graduate of Marlboro High School and will be attending University at Albany in the fall. She assists the administrative staff during our busiest times.
